Payment Terms

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to clearflowhubex in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Termination

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• All licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease
• You must cease all use of our services and delete any downloaded materials
• Accrued payment obligations will remain due and payable
• Confidentiality obligations will continue to apply

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and clearflowhubex regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Changes to Terms
